Browser Storage

Cookie & Local Storage Policy

1. Cookies vs. Local Storage Explained

Unlike traditional websites that store tracking identifiers inside HTTP cookies sent with every single request, WeatherPeek does not deploy third-party advertising or profiling cookies.

Instead, we use HTML5 Local Storage (window.localStorage). Local storage lives entirely inside your device's browser, is never automatically transmitted to our servers across HTTP headers, and exists exclusively to remember your cosmetic and functional preferences.
